Evidence that the applicant has sufficient funds,(bank balance of last 3 months) to meet course fees,living cost and school costs for their expected stay in Australia (Bank Balance should cover for a year of tuition fees,living expenses,return ticket and OHSC for entire period long with material fees.
Property valuation more than NRS (evaluation should be done either from government office or from engineers)
